All products have an individual manufacturer's warranty. This is at least 1 year.
The manufacturer's warranty services vary (repair on site, collection, return by customer).
In some cases, extended warranty/maintenance options are offered that include better response times and more service in the event of a defect (e.g. HP CarePack).
For production-critical products, we always recommend the conclusion of an extended maintenance contract if possible.
