For products from our webshop, we charge shipping costs based on weight. Collection from us or electronic dispatch is of course always free of charge. You can see the exact shipping costs for your items in the checkout after entering the address.
Standard shipping Germany: standard delivery time 1-3 days, under €399 net €7.90, over €399 free of charge
Standard shipping Europe: standard delivery time 2-6 days, price by weight
Express delivery Germany: standard delivery time 1 day, price according to weight
Express delivery Europe: standard delivery time 1-2 days, price according to weight
Overnight courier Germany: Delivery until 10/12h
Courier delivery Hamburg: Price according to distance

In addition, we deliver worldwide, including customs declaration and with various shipping service providers at individual rates. Please contact us for more information.
Deliveries to other European countries will be invoiced VAT-free after entering the valid VAT ID. Invoices to third countries are always VAT-free.

We process orders from Monday to Friday between 9.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. and dispatch daily.
Items that are "in stock" are usually dispatched on the same day if ordered by 3 pm. Electronic deliveries (download) are usually delivered on the day of order or within 24 hours (within our opening hours).
Many of our items are labelled with a "real-time" stock status so that we can make reliable delivery promises. We are constantly working to ensure this for all items. For urgent deliveries, please contact us by telephone for personalised information.
Some of our goods are in external storage, so in many cases collection on site can only take place on the following day. This does not apply to software, which is usually delivered by e-mail.
When ordering, you will always receive the current version published by the manufacturer, regardless of any version details in our description or in the articles. Any deviations will be clearly communicated by us. Please ask us if you are unsure.
Software is delivered within our opening hours. Shipping is not automatic. If you need an urgent delivery outside our opening hours, please contact us via hallo@picturetools.de. In General, we can help you further.
